Health & Safety Policy Statement

True Blue is committed to providing a safe workplace for all of its employees and conducting its operations in compliance with all federal, state and local safety regulations. Our goal is to protect employees and the public, and we strive to identify and eliminate the risks associated with the causes of incidents.  Safety rules and procedures are enforced with the same emphasis given to production, quality, cost, and ethical standards.  Our objective is to provide quality services while protecting our most valuable resource…our employees. We firmly believe that all accidents are preventable and that every job can and will be performed safely.

Management is responsible for ensuring that employees receive the training and instruction necessary to perform their jobs safely.  It is essential that all levels of management emphasize this policy through their own personal standards and performance and lead by example.  Managers and supervisors will be held accountable for implementing the actions necessary to achieve improved safety performance.

Each employee has the responsibility to comply with company work rules, following safe work practices and procedures, and for reporting to his or her supervisor all unsafe acts or conditions.  Reporting or preventing unsafe acts is the responsibility of every employee.

We are personally committed to the continual improvement of our health and safety performance and will authorize the actions necessary to achieve this objective. We expect all employees to participate in this effort to achieve positive and high performance results.
